Return and Refund Policy for 100Handpicked.com

At 100Handpicked.com, our goal is for both you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, we are here to help you manage it quickly and securely.

1. Return Window

You have a strict window of 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a return or exchange. After this 15-calendar-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Item Conditions

For a product to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must strictly meet the following quality control requirements:

  • It must be completely new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must retain its original tags attached and its original packaging intact.

  • For reasons of hygiene and animal health: We do not accept returns of products that show signs of use, presence of pet hair, odors, traces of saliva, bite marks, dirt, or that have been washed. Furthermore, returns are not accepted on snacks, opened cosmetics/hygiene items, or customized products.

3. Return Process

To guarantee efficient management and verify hygiene standards prior to shipping, our process requires complete visual documentation. Follow these steps to initiate your request:

  1. Send an email to our official customer service address: contacto@dobermenpremier.com within the 15-calendar-day window from delivery.

  2. In the subject line of the email, include your order number (Example: Return Order #1234).

  3. You must attach a minimum of 10 high-resolution photographs of the product. These photos must clearly show:

    • The complete product from 4 different angles (front, back, and both profiles).

    • The current condition of the seams, buckles, hardware, or fasteners.

    • The reverse or inner side of the accessory (to verify that it is 100% free of hair or stains).

    • The original tags intact and still attached to the product.

    • The original packaging or box in which it was received.

  4. Pre-evaluation: Our quality control team will review the 10 images within a period of 24 to 48 business hours.

  5. Shipping Instructions: Once the visual inspection is approved via email, we will respond with the confirmation and the exact address of our warehouse so you can ship the package.

    ⚠️ Note: Requests that do not include the minimum of 10 required photographs will not be processed or authorized.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective products or items not as described: If you consider that the product received is not as described in our store, features a factory defect, or there was a shipping error, the procedure to follow is:

    1. Write to us immediately at contacto@dobermenpremier.com informing us in detail about the problem.

    2. Documentarily attach the 10 required photographs of the product from various angles, seams, tags, and packaging.

    3. Once the case is evaluated, we will send you the information with the steps to follow to return the product. Important note: On some occasions, our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to complete the return; on other occasions, the customer must assume the cost of the return shipping by their own means.

    4. Once the package has arrived at our warehouse and is properly inspected by our quality control staff, your money will be returned in full (the value of the product) plus the shipping costs you assumed to get it to us.

  • Size exchanges or returns due to general dissatisfaction: If the product perfectly matches the description but you wish to change it due to your own sizing mistake or dissatisfaction, the customer must assume the shipping costs to return the item by their own means, and the original shipping expenses will be non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we physically receive and inspect the item in our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been definitively approved or rejected (in the event of not complying with the physical conditions sent in the photos).

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

  • If you prefer, we can immediately issue store credit through an electronic gift card for you to use on your next purchase in our store.

6. Exclusion of Warranty for Use and Wear (Pets)

100Handpicked.com sells pet accessories made with high-quality materials; however, no product or fabric is completely indestructible.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused to products due to pet behavior, including but not limited to: chewing, excessive pulling, scratching, rough play, or the item's natural daily wear and tear.

  • The durability of the accessories strictly depends on correct use, strength, behavior, and the level of supervision that the owner exercises over their pet. Products damaged by the pet after being delivered do not qualify for a warranty or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability for Incidental or Consequential Damages

By purchasing on our platform, the customer accepts and acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to properly measure their pet and routinely inspect the condition of the accessories (buckles, hardware, seams of collars or harnesses) before each use.

  • In no case shall 100Handpicked.com, its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable to the customer or third parties for any injury, loss, accident, loss of the pet, escape, claim, or direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the inappropriate, negligent use, or failure of any of the products sold on our website.

  • In the event that legal liability is determined on the part of the company, our maximum total liability to the buyer shall be strictly limited to the financial amount equivalent to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any claim, controversy, or legal dispute arising from the purchase of products, the use of this website, or the interpretation of this Return Policy shall be resolved through a good-faith agreement between the parties.

  • In the event of not reaching an agreement, the customer agrees to irrevocably submit to the laws and competent courts of the city and country where the main base of operations of the parent company of 100Handpicked.com is registered, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

  • In the event of filing fraudulent claims or unfounded bank chargebacks, the company reserves the right to terminate customer service and pursue legal action for damages and interests.
